About Taraielle
Rooted in artistry. Built for impact.
Rooted in gospel and classical tradition, Taraielle’s musical journey began with piano lessons as a child and quickly expanded into a deep love for woodwinds. By junior high, she was sharpening her skills on clarinet, and by high school, she’d added tenor sax and flute to her arsenal — thriving as a top ensemble player and earning spots in TMEA/UIL All-Region, All-Area, and All-City bands.
From pit orchestras for musicals like Guys and Dolls and Fiddler on the Roof to jazz band improvisation, she proved early on that musical versatility was her lane.

She went on to study music education at Kilgore College and UT Tyler, performing as a top chair player in wind ensembles and taking her talents abroad — first to Halifax, Nova Scotia on a mission tour, then across Italy with the TCU Festival of Winds Ensemble.

After college, Taraielle made Dallas home base and launched into the singer-songwriter circuit, performing acoustic R&B covers and originals under the name Ladi Indika at local venues like The Prophet Bar and White Diamonds. Her musical fluency soon led her to join The Kutt, a 7-piece original band where she played flute weekly at The Free Man, and later, to perform clarinet with the Frisco and McKinney bands.

She’s also toured nationally as part of the elite Jordan Kahn Orchestra, performing for high-profile private events from New York to California. Currently, Taraielle performs regularly with the funk-fueled King Booty Disco (Deep Ellum Arts Fest, NPR Tiny Desk Submission 2024/2025) and with Incubus tribute band Beware! Criminals — a collective of Dallas powerhouse musicians.

With over two decades of experience on stage, in studios, and behind the scenes, Taraielle brings musical depth, professionalism, and soul to every stage she steps on.
